Hilton served more than 233 million guests globally in 2024, reinforcing its position as one of the world’s most trusted hospitality brands for both business and leisure travel.
In this role, I helped improve how key information was presented across individual hotel pages by revamping the FAQs. The goal was to make the guest experience more seamless, clear, and easy to navigate when planning a stay.
I rewrote and edited existing content to improve clarity and usefulness, while also researching and fact-checking details to ensure accuracy across locations. The updated FAQs now give visitors a quick, scannable overview of hotel amenities, local activities, weather expectations, and cultural context, helping them understand what to expect before they arrive.
