Creative Direction, Strategy, and Copywriting for Walgreens Social Media
In 2024, Walgreens launched the Creative Pod, a team tasked with overhauling its social media voice and presence. Tasked with pitching and testing fresh ideas, the new content pushed creative boundaries, making the brand feel more human and accessible. The team focused on relevance and genuine connection as well as streamlined information on in-store and online offerings. The outcome: stronger audience engagement, a growing following, and a new benchmark for how this major retailer shows up on social platforms.
I was personally responsible for pitching several successful content series, storyboarding, scriptwriting, producing, copywriting, and editing both captions and on-asset copy.
